This paper deals about the characteristics of Valencian Parlamentary system from its origins, in the XIIIth century, to the abolishment of the Foral regulation. The author studies the initial outline and the process followed in order to make amends for the misuses committed by the Royal Administration against the liberties guaranteed in the Valencian Legal Code (Fuero).
