Abstract

The objective of this article is to carry out a study about several economic aspects from the monastery of Pedralbes from 1414 to 1419 through out the Manual and Capbreu of the notary Gabriel de Forest. The items developed are the salaries of the workers linked to the monastery, the prices of the food bought by the nuns, and the slaves acquisition, through out the bills which are included in this mentioned notarial documentation.
