The article deals about the biography of a gentleman called Sir Giner Rabassa (the son), who lived in Valencia (Spain) in the XIVth century. He intervined in politics. After having been Professor at the University of Montpellier, he acted as Compromiser in the Sentence of Caspe, where he was inabilited. In the article is edited the treatise of Valencian Law Ad forum Totes aquelles persones, rubrica de Testamentis interpretatio.
