Abstract


The conquest of a border territory halfway through XIII century and the strategically situation during the rest of the Middle Ages allowed the development of specific mechanism in the creation of phenomenon's, access and reproduction of the elite politics. The necessity of ways for the crown to do a war and negotiations, our agreement with the social sector prone to their politics. This is what gave the exercise of power to those who supplied this media, noticing that through the royal privileges granted during XIV and XV century, limits and obstacles for the transformation and future changes, could challenge the interest of the consolidated dominant groups. This historic process permitted to a reduced number of families to become in the oligarchy of the urban centres of the Government of Orihuela.
