Teorías medievales sobre el ius ad rem

Historic and juridical investigation of medieval theories about the genesis and precise meaning of the term ius ad rem. According to the germanic nature of the institution, we're trying to argue it's primitive use was in the canonic or feudal law during the Xlllth Century, making use of commentators.
