La pesca fluvial y el consumo de pescado en Córdoba (1450-1525)

This study is concerned to River Fishing developed in latemedieval Córdoba. The first part lies with fishing methods, fisheries and fishponds, fishing techniques and tackle, kind of fishes captured and others problems related with fishing working. The second part studies fish supplying and consumption in Córdoba, including sea-fish come from the Andalusian coasts and other atlantic shoals; it is described the supply ways, trade places and conditions, conservation and consumption methods.
