Cos místic

This study is focused in the appearance and growth of the cos místic (the mystical body) of the antropomorphycal conception of the medieval Catalan society and its relations with the cap (the head) from a legal history approach that, taking into consideration medieval law, analyses and proposes to reflect upon how are developped and consolidated as legal history institutions the Catalan nació and the Catalan res publica.
