This is the edition of a regimen sanitatis, which is in the Vatican Library in a XVth century codex. This text would be a good example of the medical patterns in the Middle Age to guarentee the health of the addressees of this kind of literature. From all these patterns, dietetics has an important role, so these regimina sanitatis are a valuable source for a history of medicine, for a history of food and also for a history of another aspects of the medieval culture.
